Develop accurate reporting, conduct insightful analyses, and lead business planning in support of management initiatives and strategic planning.
Responsibilities will encompass treasury, financial planning and building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, banks.
PREREQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES &/OR COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Business Finance or Accounting (Finance preferred) from four-year college or university
- CPA and/or MBA
- Considerable knowledge and understanding of Financial and Operational Internal Control methodologies and terminology such as, Process and Controls standard industry practices; Corporate Governance and federal and state regulations and requirements
- Working experience evaluating internal controls design and benchmark financial and operational processes and controls. Working experience creating high quality deliverables for team review and have experience in designing controls evaluation and testing work plans
- Extensive experience appropriately applying internal control principles and business/technical knowledge including Application Controls and IT General Controls; financial reporting concepts; considerable working experience applying professional skepticism skills
- Thorough experience as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members, as well as create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, to encourage improvement and innovation
- Minimum of 8 years corporate Finance experience
- Minimum of 4 years corporate Financial Planning and Analysis experience
- Experience within Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Experience supporting executive management
- Project Management experience
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Strong data manipulation skills
- Creative and resourceful problem solver
- Able to manage complex situations
- High energy level, self starter
