United Companies is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources Generalist. This position will provide HR support, especially in recruiting and compliance, to United Companies with an onsite presence at Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park.

Job Duties:The Corporate Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all HR matters for Romain Cross Pointe and support for United Leasing & Finance under direction of the Corporate Human Resources Manager. The right candidate will enjoy recruiting and onboarding, providing support to managers and employees on policies and procedures and managing EEO, FMLA, ADA, Unemployment, Workers Compensation. The Corporate Human Resources Generalist will also serve as backup for the HR Executive Assistant for corporate benefits administration and 401K.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field
• 3-5 years experience of progressive human resources responsibilities
• Knowledge of employment law
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage in problem solving and execute on results
• Comfortable working with minimum supervision
• PHR Certification preferred
